You will collaborate with product, engineering, data science, policy, legal, and safety teams to operationalize risks, measure impact, and drive launch readiness across cloud

Qualifications

• 8+ years in trust and safety operations or related high-judgment, data-heavy field.
• Proven ability to operate with limited structure and deliver results.
• Strong data skills for qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Hands-on with AI tools, dashboards, and data tooling.
• Independent, cross-functional collaborator with strong judgment.
• Ability to build scalable workflows and monitoring.
• Excellent written communication and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ambiguous, high-priority safety and risk problems; define the problem, gather evidence, drive execution.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, risks, and interventions.
• Build and test lightweight workflows, tools, automations, and decision aids.
• Turn one-off insights into scalable operating mechanisms without extra complexity.
• Lead investigations, incident response, or launch-readiness work with partners.
• Clarify ownership with cross-functional and external partners to close gaps.
• Measure outcomes and adjust quickly when improvements aren’t observed.
• Mentor junior operators to build judgment and reusable tools.
