Qualifications

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, risks, and interventions.
• Build lightweight workflows, tools, and automations to improve speed and quality; iterate after real‑world use.
• Turn one‑off insights into scalable operating mechanisms with minimal process overhead.
• Lead investigations, incident response, or launch readiness with cross‑functional partners.
• Clarify ownership and resolve operational gaps with external partners.
