Job summary

Kiewit Foundations Co. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and audit our safety program across projects, reinforcing our Nobody Gets Hurt culture. You will drive safety initiatives, analyze incidents, and coordinate training to meet client and regulatory requirements.

This role requires relocation to active project sites or TDY arrangements, with the opportunity to travel as needed. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Experience in construction safety.
• Certification as Safety Professional or Emergency Medical Technician is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental health and safety programs at the project and district level.
• Analyze safety data and recommend features to reduce hazards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor workforce safety and coach on safe behaviors.
• Develop EHS training materials and manage training records.
• Coordinate and present safety trainings for client requirements.
• Interface with OSHA officials during site visits.
