Qualifications

• 8–15 years experience in safety management in heavy civil and underground utility construction.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise project safety programs to ensure compliance with safety standards on all job sites.
• Conduct work area surveillance inspections, air sampling tests, and incident investigations; issue permits as needed.
• Document accidents, violations, and unsafe conditions; perform root cause analysis.
