Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure is seeking a Safety Manager to plan, implement, and supervise project safety, accident, and fire protection programs on all job sites in the South Florida region. You will lead safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry and corporate standards.

The role requires 5–10 years of construction safety experience, strong leadership, and certifications (ASP/GSP, CHST). Travel and on-site work are expected in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of safety management experience in construction.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise safety, accident, and fire protection programs on all job sites.
• Identify hazardous conditions and unsafe activities and communicate fixes to supervisors.
• Document accidents and safety violations and perform root-cause analysis.
