Upgrade Resources is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead EH&S programs for a multi-state division in Port Washington, WI. You will own audits, trainings, policies, and regulatory compliance to drive a safety-first culture.

The role emphasizes proactive risk reduction, leadership of a safety team, and collaboration with management to improve performance while meeting owner and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, health, or related field with knowledge of EH&S programs.
• Minimum 8 years of EH&S experience including people management.
• CPR and First Aid certifications; OSHA 10/30/40 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety audits and inspections across a multi-state division.
• Develop and maintain employee safety training programs and records.
• Lead safety initiatives, report to management, and coach direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and owner requirements.
• Recruit, hire, and develop the safety team and oversee programs.
