Job summary

Core Talent US is seeking a Regional Safety Manager (Americas) to oversee safety across Wisconsin/Illinois distribution and operations. You will partner with operations, HR, and site leadership to drive compliance, reduce risk, and strengthen safety culture.

The role leads regional safety resources, audits, and performance metrics, implementing best-practice programs that support business goals. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and strong OSHA/EHS expertise, with multi-site experience

Our client is a large, established North American business with a substantial corporate and industrial real estate footprint, based in Southern Wisconsin.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Regional Safety Manager will oversee safety performance across multiple distribution and operational facilities within an assigned region. Reporting into senior leadership, this position will partner with operations, HR, and site leadership teams to drive compliance, reduce risk, and strengthen safety culture. The successful candidate will lead regional safety resources, conduct audits, monitor performance metrics, and implement best-practice safety programs that support business objectives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Safety leadership within warehouse operations
• Strong OSHA knowledge and compliance expertise
• Multi-site operational support experience
• EHS and workers' compensation exposure
• Ability to travel throughout assigned region
