Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Site Safety Manager to ensure OSHA compliance and promote a safety-first culture across our Midwest construction projects.

The role requires 1–5+ years in construction safety with OSHA 30-hour certification. You will lead audits, train crews, and manage incident investigations while collaborating with project managers and field teams. A bachelor’s degree in safety-related field is preferred, and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 5+ years of experience in construction safety management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification required (OSHA 500 preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to promote a safety-first culture.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and lead safety meetings effectively.
  • Experience working on commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee job site safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide training to employees on safety protocols, PPE usage, and hazard recognition
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
  • Serve as a key resource for employees and subcontractors regarding safety procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety performance
