Job summary

Shirley Parsons is seeking a Safety Manager in Boise, ID to oversee safety across multiple projects in the wider Boise area, lead safety personnel and drive a strong safety culture on site. This role reports to senior leadership and requires hands-on leadership across field teams.

You will conduct site inspections, investigations and audits, deliver OSHA-compliant training, and partner with the Regional Safety Director to monitor key safety metrics.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven safety management on major construction projects.
• CSP or CHST required.
• Boise, ID-based with willingness to travel within the Boise area.

Responsibilities

• Undertake job site inspections, accident investigations and audits with corrective actions to improve safety programs.
• Collaborate with Regional Safety Director to highlight metrics and trends for leadership review.
• Conduct new hire orientation and training compliant with OSHA requirements.
• Engage with project leadership, job-site teams, GC and client on safety matters as the technical expert.
