Job summary

McGraw Kokosing is seeking a senior Safety Leader to oversee the Safety and Health Program at multiple locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and championing a behavioral safety culture. You will mentor safety staff, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across projects and facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in safety and health, 10+ years in construction safety, and at least 3 years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health or equivalent.
• 10+ years of safety/health experience in construction preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the Company Safety and Health Program at assigned location.
• Ensure regulatory compliance per Safety and Health Management System.
• Lead safety staff through audits, investigations and training.
• Investigate injuries and incidents, and develop prevention strategies.
• Coordinate safety meetings and training across projects/facilities.
