Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety and health or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.
• 10+ years of safety and health in construction preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the Company's Safety and Health Program at assigned location(s).
• Operational leadership in daily operations while guiding safety staff.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage safety staff to ensure effective application of the Safety and Health Management System.
• Ensure safety staff initiates, performs, documents audits and safety conversations; coach and support corrective actions.
