CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Safety Superintendent to oversee safety programs across electrical construction projects in York, SC. You will lead safety teams, drive a strong safety culture, and ensure OSHA and electrical code compliance on site.

Responsibilities include conducting site audits, developing safety plans, and coordinating trainings while mentoring field staff. This role offers significant impact on project safety and a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of safety experience in electrical or industrial construction.
• 2+ years in a safety leadership or supervisory role.
• OSHA 500 or 510 required; CHST, CSP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction safety, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Safety Coordinators and Safety Specialists across multiple job sites.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and corrective action plans.
• Evaluate subcontractor safety performance and promote continuous improvement.
