Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to lead safety strategy for hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects across the United States, including Ohio. This employee-owned contractor offers a long-term pathway and a strong safety culture.

You will coach project teams, drive proactive safety programs, analyze leading and lagging indicators, support investigations, and collaborate with operations and business development to protect people and projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety leadership experience.
• Data centre, mission critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial project experience.
• CSP or ASP certification preferred.
• Strong communicator with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive safety culture and programme implementation.
• Coach and mentor project teams and safety professionals.
• Analyse leading and lagging indicators to identify trends and improve performance.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Partner with operations and business development teams to support project pursuits and client relationships.
