Qualifications

• Construction safety experience required.

• Experience in data centers or mission critical facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety on a large-scale data center construction project.
• Serve as primary safety representative with clients, contractors, and project leadership teams.
• Conduct site walks, hazard assessments, audits, and inspections.
• Review and support JHAs, permitting activities, and project safety plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop safety personnel on the project.
• Drive safety culture through engagement, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Participate in planning meetings and provide safety input throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle conflicts professionally while maintaining positive working relationships.
