Job summary

Cec Facilities Llc is seeking a Safety Director to oversee Corporate Safety and Health programs, implement ORM-based project plans, and collaborate with project teams to minimize risk.

The role requires 10+ years in safety leadership, OSHA 500/CHST, and strong incident investigation skills, with travel to multiple sites as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and safety-related credentials are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in safety leadership roles.
• OSHA 500 or CHST or Safety Trained Supervisor required.
• Experience with accident investigations and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of safety vision, objectives, and procedures to foster a best-in-class safety culture.
• Manages Accident Prevention Program and ORM-based safety plans for projects.
• Provides site-level S&H training programs and technical reporting.
• Travels to worksites to develop and upgrade safety programs.
• Supports risk management strategies and claim management.
• Partners with HR on workers' comp and return-to-work programs.
