Job summary

NREP in Monroe, LA is seeking a Safety Manager to drive regional health and safety performance on a major data center project. You will partner with field leadership to ensure consistent implementation of safety programs and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in construction environments.
• Experience supporting data center projects is desirable.
• ASP, CSP, or similar certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership and oversight for health and safety programmes
• Support project teams in achieving compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site visits, audits, and risk assessments across multiple locations
• Review incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Develop strong relationships with field personnel and operational leaders
• Monitor safety performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to employees at all levels
• Champion a positive safety culture throughout the organisation
