X-Bow Systems is seeking a Safety Specialist to lead safety programs and audits in our manufacturing/aerospace environment. You will drive industrial hygiene initiatives, regulatory compliance, and risk management across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, 5+ years in safety, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. CIH or CSP certification strongly preferred; hands-on leadership and training oversight are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Health, Safety Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Certifications: CIH or CSP by a recognized body.
• 5+ years in safety management within manufacturing, aerospace, or similarly hazardous industries; explosives safety experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and IH practices; ability to lead programs and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, conduct, and document internal safety audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs including industrial hygiene, hazard communication, PPE, and ergonomics.
• Oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) activities and change control processes.
• Design and deliver safety training programs and maintain training records.
