Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Health, Safety Management, or related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Health or Industrial Hygiene preferred.
• Professional certification required (CIH or CSP); ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document internal safety audits to ensure OSHA and company compliance.
• Develop and manage comprehensive safety programs including industrial hygiene, hazard communication, respiratory protection, and ergonomics.
• Oversee Process Safety Management (PSM): change control, hot work permits, and contractor safety oversight.
• Design and deliver safety training programs, including confined space, LOTO, PPE, and fire safety.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses and lead incident investigations using root-cause methodologies.
