Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks a Safety and Health Manager to support Air Force Test Operations at White Sands Missile Range, NM. You will establish and monitor occupational health and safety programs to protect personnel and property and ensure compliance with federal, military, and contractor safety regulations.

Responsibilities include field assessments, safety training, incident investigations, and coordination with the COR inspector to support site audits and contract readiness. U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of safety experience, including 5+ years in safety management.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid State Driver’s License to operate government vehicles.
• Must obtain/maintain security clearance and access to AEDC networks.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement, and monitor occupational safety and health programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses with formal corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training programs for operations and maintenance personnel.
• Develop and update site safety standards in line with OSHA, ANSI, CDC, and other guidelines.
• Oversee vehicle safety oversight logs as the site Vehicle Control Officer (VCO).
• Support site inspections/audits with COR and maintain TMDE calibration records.
• Perform ITEC duties to track and secure IT and computer assets.
• Identify and control chemical, physical, and environmental hazards in the workplace.
