Job summary

Vision Quest Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to support NASA protective services at the White Sands Complex in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The on-site leader will supervise contractor personnel, manage daily site operations, and be the primary contact with NASA leadership on site.

The role requires 5+ years of armed personnel supervision, a Top Secret clearance progressing to TS, and readiness to be available 24/7. First Aid/CPR/AED and NASA training are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5+ years supervising armed personnel.
• Interim Top Secret clearance progressing to Top Secret required.
• First Aid/ CPR/ AED required.
• NASA or comparable federal/military protective services experience preferred.
• Ability to work on site and meet 24/7 availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for protective services operations at WSC/WSTF.
• Supervise contractor personnel and oversee daily site operations.
• Represent the Program Manager locally and be primary contractor contact with NASA leadership at the site.
• Ensure availability and rapid response for NASA communications and incidents.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Vision Quest Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager to support NASA protective services at White Sands Complex in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The Site Manager will serve as the on-site leader for protective services operations at WSC/WSTF. This position supervises contractor personnel, manages daily site operations, represents the Program Manager locally, and serves as the primary contractor contact with NASA leadership at the site.

The Site Manager must work on site during designated business hours, remain available 24/7, return NASA calls or messages within 60 minutes, and be able to report to the site within four hours when requested after hours.
