Vision Quest Solutions Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee protective services at the White Sands Complex in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

You will serve as the on-site leader, supervising contractor personnel and coordinating with NASA leadership to ensure mission security and compliance. The role requires on-site work with 24/7 availability, a Top Secret-leaning clearance path, and completion of NASA NBTS training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years of experience supervising armed personnel.
• Interim Top Secret clearance progressing to Top Secret.
• NASA Basic Training Standard (NBTS).
• NASA Emergency Response Official (ERO).

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site leader for protective services operations at WSC/WSTF.
• Supervise contractor personnel and manage daily site operations.
• Represent the Program Manager locally and contact NASA leadership on site.
• Be available on-site during business hours, respond to NASA communications within 60 minutes, and report within 4 hours after hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Vision Quest Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager to support NASA protective services at White Sands Complex in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The Site Manager will serve as the on-site leader for protective services operations at WSC/WSTF. This position supervises contractor personnel, manages daily site operations, represents the Program Manager locally, and serves as the primary contractor contact with NASA leadership at the site.

The Site Manager must work on site during designated business hours, remain available 24/7, return NASA calls or messages within 60 minutes, and be able to report to the site within four hours when requested after hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supervising armed personnel
• Interim Top Secret clearance progressing to Top Secret
• First Aid / CPR / AED
• NASA Emergency Response Official (ERO)
• NASA Basic Training Standard (NBTS)
• ICS-100, IC...S-200, IC...S-300 and IC...S-400
• IS-700, IS-800 and IS-2200
• NASA SATERN training, including center-specific requirements
• NASA or comparable federal or military protective services experience preferred
• Ability to work on site and meet 24/7 availability requirements
