Job summary

The Golfer's World is seeking a Senior Safety & Maintenance Manager to oversee safety, facility maintenance, and equipment reliability within the fulfillment center.

You will partner with Operations and HR to ensure OSHA compliance, efficient operations, and minimal downtime, while leading safety and maintenance teams through key programs and budgets.

Regular presence in the facility is required, with after-hours availability for urgent safety or facility needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety, maintenance, or facilities leadership experience.
• Experience in a fulfillment center or distribution environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance across the facility.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Track safety and maintenance metrics and report to leadership.
• Provide leadership to safety and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate safety training and incident investigations.
• Maintain safety records and OSHA logs.
