Job summary

Crecera Brands LLC in Indiana invites a Senior Safety & Maintenance Manager to oversee safety, facility maintenance, and equipment reliability at our fulfillment center. You will partner with Operations and HR to keep a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace while minimizing downtime.

This role requires leading safety programs, coordinating training, managing budgets, and directing a maintenance team. Regular presence in the facility and strong communication skills are essential to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in safety, maintenance, facilities, or operations.
• Experience in a fulfillment/distribution environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety practices.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and facility/equipment management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and ensure OSHA/regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and address hazards.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and OSHA logs.
• Coordinate safety training and new-hire orientation.
• Oversee PPE, lockout/tagout, and emergency procedures.
• Manage maintenance of equipment, buildings, and systems.
• Coordinate outside contractors and vendors.
• Track safety and maintenance metrics and report to leadership.
• Manage safety and maintenance budgets and supplies.
