Job summary

Kroger's Indianapolis plant is seeking a Plant Engineering/Maintenance leader to direct and schedule all engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and facilities.

You will drive Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy while leading with our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles and upholding values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule and control all plant engineering/maintenance functions to obtain optimum efficiencies from the equipment, utilities and overall facilities.
• Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy.
• Provide leadership that embodies Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles and demonstrate company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
