Job summary

H&H is seeking a Safety Director to lead safety across our Construction Services Division, overseeing field projects and ensuring OSHA compliance. The role develops and enforces safety policies, audits projects, and elevates safety culture across 32 offices nationwide.

With 10+ years in transportation or engineering/construction, and a CSP/CIH preferred, you will drive safety standards and training to protect workers and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Safety Professional and/or Certified Industrial Hygienist preferred.
• 10+ years in the transportation or engineering/construction industry.
• OSHA 40-hour Construction Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight for safety on all H&H field projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA training and operational requirements for field activities.
• Audit H&H construction projects for safety compliance.
• Develop company safety policies and procedures.
