Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of progressive construction safety experience, degree may substitute for up to 4 years.
• Experience with general contractors; self-perform experience strongly preferred.
• CHST or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve safety culture by partnering with project teams.
• Coordinate project-level safety efforts, including jobsite inspections.
• Develop and deliver engaging safety training beyond compliance.
