Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Epidemiology, Nursing) with 4 years pharma or safety experience.
• Knowledge of drug development process and regulatory requirements for clinical safety and reporting.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work independently in a matrix team.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard safety surveillance activities across product lifecycles using data from trials, databases and literature.
• Collaborate with safety and clinical teams to develop signal assessment strategies and respond to regulatory requests.
• Communicate findings to product teams and leadership to inform risk minimization and labeling.
• Prepare and maintain safety sections of study reports and risk management plans, and author safety summaries for meetings.
• Mentor and train new safety scientists.
