Frequentis USA Inc. seeks a senior Systems Engineer to plan, develop, and implement technical compliance across hardware and software for mission-critical communications systems.

You will translate high-level customer specs into actionable development tasks, lead design reviews with customers, and ensure alignment with industry standards and safety requirements. This role emphasizes collaboration with manufacturing, logistics, test, and support teams, including site installations and on-call

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience with IT systems and engineering.
• 10+ years experience in Systems Engineering solutioning, integrating, deploying, and supporting integrated hardware and software systems in networking/communications.
• 5+ years experience in leading/overseeing an engineering team and direct customer interfacing.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement technical compliance of product and documents per Government specs.
• Bridge gaps between stakeholders and development team to translate requirements into tasks.
• Derive hardware/software requirements from high level specs and ensure compliance.
