Qualifications

• Experience in safety-related roles (3–4 years).
• Certifications: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, First Aid and CPR.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field; additional safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex safety audits and inspections on larger and higher-risk projects.
• Lead investigations of complex incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Run risk assessments on work areas and present findings to safety management.
• Detect, eliminate, and control hazardous conditions on projects.
• Mentor junior safety staff and provide guidance on procedures.
• Draft and update safety training materials and train staff on protocols.
