Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Safety Coordinator to join our construction-focused team in Denver. You will oversee the company’s safety programs, ensure DOT, state and local compliance, and drive a safety-first culture across project sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in safety coordination within utility or construction, proven ability to develop and implement safety programs, train staff, investigate incidents, and collaborate with management to reduce risks and improve

Competenze

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in safety coordination in utility or construction.
• Deep knowledge of DOT requirements, state regulations, local regulations and workplace safety.
• Proven experience developing and implementing safety programs and initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of safety protocols and procedures in the construction industry.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and implementation of safety protocols and programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety measures are followed.
• Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees on regulations and procedures.
• Prepare reports on safety incidents with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to foster a safety-conscious environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and best practices in safety management.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Liaise with DOT and OSHA to ensure full regulatory compliance.
