Job summary

U.S. Engineering Construction is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote a safe work environment across multiple project sites in Westminster, CO.

You will implement corporate safety and environmental programs under the Regional Safety Director and certify that policies are followed on job sites. The role emphasizes conducting pro-active safety trainings, maintaining PPE stocks, and coordinating site-specific safety orientations, while collaborating with teams to apply best practices and stay

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management or related field preferred.
• Up to 5 years of experience in mechanical construction industry preferred.
• Strong ability to establish professional relationships and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel; project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site-specific safety orientations in line with corporate programs.
• Deliver safety trainings such as fall protection, forklift, lockout, and confined space.
• Conduct safety inspections, air sampling, incident investigations, and report preparation.
• Maintain documentation and reports per regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Ensure availability of PPE and safety supplies at project sites.
• Support inspections and safety program audits with the Regional Safety Director.
