Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 3+ years of construction safety experience with BCSP certification, or 5+ years of professional safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Ability to identify jobsite hazards and communicate corrective actions effectively.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Must be eligible to work without employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and project-specific safety requirements.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent incidents and injuries.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, and required compliance records.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to reinforce a proactive safety culture.
• Assist with the development and implementation of site‑specific safety plans.
