Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support safety operations across multiple locations. The role focuses on maintaining OSHA logs, conducting jobsite inspections, coordinating safety training, and investigating incidents to prevent recurrence.

Travel to active jobsites and company locations is required. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in construction safety, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and strong organizational and communication skills to foster a robust safety culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of construction safety or occupational safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
• Experience conducting safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to company locations and active jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OSHA logs and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Partner with leadership to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, onboarding, and required certifications.
• Investigate incidents to prevent recurrence and document findings.
• Maintain safety policies, procedures, and training records.
• Ensure compliance with fall protection, ladder safety, PPE and construction standards.
• Collaborate with field teams to promote a safety culture.
• Support workers’ compensation claims and OSHA inspections.
