Job summary

Volvo Autonomous Solutions US LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Safety and Compliance Manager to lead safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance across operations. You will develop and implement health and safety plans, enforce corporate policies, and coach field teams on safety standards.

You will oversee OSHA reporting, DOT compliance, driver data management, and incident investigations, coordinating audits and training to sustain a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 5–10 years of CMV safety and compliance experience.
• Experience administering OSHA policies and reporting.
• Experience with permits and plates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
• Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics.
• Manage Driver's electronic record of duty status for daily compliance, generate weekly reports.
