Job summary

BGDC Distribution, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to lead safety, asset protection, security, and emergency preparedness across a high-volume distribution center.

You will develop and improve programs to protect associates, assets, inventory, and facilities, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of leadership in safety, asset protection, or security in high-volume distribution or logistics.
• Experience leading OSHA compliance programs and investigations.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems and physical security.
• Strong communication with leadership, law enforcement, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and asset protection programs and continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, implement corrective actions.
• Oversee physical security systems and security personnel.
• Lead workplace incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and corrective actions with departments.
• Develop emergency preparedness and business continuity plans.
