Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Manager of Safety Analytics to lead data analysis efforts, oversee databases, and present insights to senior management for safety decisions. You will work with Tableau/Power BI, SQL and Python to model hazards and monitor safety performance.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics, a relevant degree, and strong communication; collaboration with Safety, Security, and BI teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficient in Tableau and Power BI; knowledge of SQL and Python advantageous.
• Strong MS Office skills with data management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Trains and mentors assigned team members.
• Analyzes safety data to identify hazards and root causes.
• Develops recommendations for corrective actions and safety improvements.
• Manages data projects and coordinates resources across departments.
• Creates senior level safety data presentations to support decisions.
