Job summary

Next 150 Construction is seeking a Safety Program Manager to coordinate enterprise-wide safety initiatives, training, and Safety Management System implementation under the National Director of Safety. The role supports compliance, program deployment, and safety performance across the organization.

You will partner with multiple teams, develop data-driven safety programs, and build dashboards to track metrics.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience leading multiple facilities across a large geography.
• Bachelor’s degree in data management, analytics, engineering or HSE field.
• Certifications: BCSP, CSP, CIH or CHMM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of HammerTech system updates.
• Develop automated data solutions for data collection and integration.
• Create standardized dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, Equipment and others to align safety with directives.
• Analyze data to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with development of safety and health programs.
• Provide administrative support to the safety team.
