Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a leader to drive advanced analytics in Global Medical Safety, applying AI, ML, and data science to strengthen safety decision‑making and operational efficiency. You will oversee projects delivering scalable analytical products, establish data assets and pipelines, and develop decision‑support dashboards.

You will mentor analytics teams, influence stakeholders, and partner on strategic safety initiatives across multiple U.S. locations (Horsham, PA; Titusville, NJ).

Qualifications

• PhD preferred or Master’s with substantial relevant experience in statistics or data science.
• Strong healthcare safety analytics experience.
• Proven ability to lead analytics projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL.
• Experience with cloud architectures and MLOps.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards.
