Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required; Master’s preferred.
• Analyst Sr requires at least 6 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety principles, risk management, and metrics.
• Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools; AI/automation familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and deliver safety performance metrics across Enterprise and Power Generation.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, heat maps, and predictive analytics tools.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with leadership on initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory awareness in reporting.
• Apply AI and automation to safety analytics and risk reduction.
• Prepare data responses for information requests and benchmarking.
