Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Safety Analysis Scientist to lead safety assessments for assigned products and partner with the Medical Safety Officer to prepare scientific safety analyses required for regulatory compliance. You will support Product Safety Management Teams, develop safety strategies, perform data retrieval and analysis, write and revise reports, and mentor junior staff.

• Lead safety evaluations including strategy discussions, collaborating with MSO and SMTs, data retrieval, data analysis, report writing and revision.
• Ensure high quality safety evaluations and reports with minimal comments and revisions.
• Provide input and review of key regulatory documents and safety submissions.
