Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Safety Head – Solid Tumors to lead safety strategy and risk management for the portfolio, directing MSOs and safety analysts in clinical and post-marketing phases. You will drive adherence to global safety processes and regulatory expectations, coordinating with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.

The role requires MD-level qualifications with extensive PV experience, oncology knowledge, and strong leadership in a global matrix environment.

Formación

• MD or equivalent with 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; clinical experience highly preferred.
• Strong pharmacovigilance expertise, including post-marketing safety assessment.
• Experience in oncology PV and global regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership in a global, matrix environment and ability to manage multiple critical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Shape safety strategy and risk management for all assigned J&J Pharmaceutical products during development and post-marketing.
• Collaborate with GSSRM and R&D leaders to assess, respond to and communicate safety concerns across the product lifecycle.
• Lead MSOs and safety analysis scientists in end-to-end medical safety strategy for their products.
• Contribute to regulatory documents and serve as GMS leader on labeling committees.
• Ensure compliance of drug safety activities with global legislation and regulatory requirements.
