Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Safety Head – Solid Tumors to lead the strategic safety direction for MSOs and Safety Analysis Scientists across the product portfolio.

This role oversees end-to-end medical safety, risk mitigation, and regulatory communications, partnering across GSSRM and JJ IM.” The position requires an MD with 10+ years in pharma, strong leadership in global safety, and deep oncology PV knowledge.

Formación

• MD with 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; clinical experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in global safety programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of oncology product safety and pharmacovigilance guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Shape safety strategy and risk management for assigned products during development and post-marketing.
• Lead MSOs and safety analytics teams to ensure end-to-end medical safety strategy.
• Provide input into regulatory documents and act as signatory on labeling decisions where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Clinical TA, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and QPPV Pharma for post-marketing commitments.
• Ensure compliance with global safety processes and regulatory requirements.
• Promote diversity and inclusion while building high-performing safety teams.
