Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Safety Head – Solid Tumors to lead medical safety strategy across development and post-marketing programs. You will oversee MSOs and safety analysis scientists, shaping risk management and ensuring regulatory readiness.

You'll collaborate with global R&D, regulatory and medical affairs leaders to drive proactive safety assessments, communicate risks to senior management and health authorities, and build a diverse, compliant safety organization.

Formación

• Physician with 10+ years in pharma industry; clinical experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a global, matrixed team and strong Credo values.
• Significant skills in clinical medicine and pharmacovigilance; post-marketing safety assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Shape safety strategy and risk management for all assigned J&J Oncology products during development and post-marketing.
• Provide oversight to Product Medical Safety Officers and safety analysts for end-to-end medical safety strategy; ensure regulatory readiness.
• Contribute to key regulatory documents and serve as GMS leader on labeling and risk management commitments.
• Collaborate with Clinical TA, Medical Affairs, Global Regulatory Affairs and QPPV Pharma; implement safety processes.
• Ensure compliant post-marketing safety activities and CAPA programs; support inspections and regulatory interactions.
