Job summary

RTX in Saint Petersburg, FL, is seeking a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Solution Train Engineer (STE) to oversee multiple Agile Release Trains within the CEC DA/ES program. This onsite role requires active U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

You will drive PI planning, System Demos, and I&A workshops, align backlogs with customer needs, and mentor teams in Lean- Agile practices, ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery while complying with RTX standards.

Qualifications

8+ years in large-scale program management or leadership
SAFe STE certification or equivalent experience
Deep SAFe, Agile methods knowledge (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with Jira or Rally
Ability to manage complex programs with multiple dependencies
Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
US citizenship and active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate execution of multiple ARTs within the CEC DA/ES program.
Drive synchronization across ARTs and ensure PIs stay on track.
Manage PI events: PI Planning, System Demos, Sprint Reviews, I&A workshops.
Identify and resolve cross-team risks and impediments.
Collaborate with Release Managers, System Architects, and Product Owners for backlog alignment.
Facilitate communication between the Solution Train, ARTs, and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by Lean-Agile practices and mentoring teams.
Ensure compliance with RTX processes and standards while delivering timely solutions.
