Formación

• Active TS.SCI w FSP through MD
• Deep understanding of SAFe principles and competency at the Solution Train level
• Expert knowledge of Agile Release Train operations and coordination
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevSecOps practices
• Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream concepts
• Experience with multi-ART coordination, dependency management, and solution level planning
• Knowledge of system requirements management, interface control and configuration management
• Experience with requirements traceability, verification, and validation approaches
• Proficiency with configuration management and version control systems
• Experience with collaboration tools supporting distributed teams (MS Teams, Confluence, SharePoint)

Responsabilidades

• Apply systems engineering principles across the lifecycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, Retirement
• Coordinate with government overseers and program personnel on technical considerations
• Serve as STE within SAFe environment for an HPC program
• Provide expert advisory and technical assistance to government leadership
• Facilitate large, complex solutions requiring multiple ARTs, suppliers, and HPC systems
