Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; technical field preferred.
- At least 7 years leading teams or projects.
- 5+ years supporting large software development, systems, integration and test.
- Experience as Scrum Master and as Release Train Engineer/Solution Train Engineer.
- Experience applying SAFe and executing PI Planning.
- Proficient with agile tools (Jira, VersionOne, Rally or IBM ELM).
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Solution Train and ART operations across Solution Train and ARTs.
- Collaborate with SAFe governance stakeholders on program execution.
- Support work allocation and resource assignment across ARTs.
- Monitor performance, remove impediments, and drive improvement.
- Coordinate schedules and program-wide software and architecture releases.
- Lead PI Planning and Solution Train planning events.
- Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders in agile practices.
- Brief customers on progress, testing, deployment, and release readiness.
- Assess skill needs and support staffing actions with leadership.
