Lockheed Martin is seeking an Xcelerator Release Train Engineer - Level 4 to guide the Xcelerator Agile Release Train, align stakeholders, and ensure high-impact capability delivery. You will lead the Agile cadence and collaborate with PO, developers, and leadership to ensure value across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include PI planning readiness, SAFe coaching, risk/impediment management, and monitoring progress with metrics. Strong facilitation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RTE, Product Owner or Scrum Master experience.
• Experience working in JIRA.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile cadence, ensuring participation from team members and key stakeholders across the ART.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of value across the enterprise.
• Facilitate PI planning readiness and execution.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on SAFe, Agile, Lean, and Scrum practices.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating and tracking them to resolution.
• Track and report ART progress, risks, and dependencies using PI objectives, burn-down/up charts, and other metrics.
• Lead retrospectives and drive actionable improvement initiatives.
