Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking a Senior Scrum Master/Agile Coach to align multiple Agile teams within an ART and drive value through SAFe practices. You will remove impediments, coach Scrum Masters and teams, and collaborate with product management and leadership to ensure program success.

Responsibilities include PI planning, ART ceremonies, and continuous improvement to optimize flow of value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years related engineering experience.
Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
Deep understanding of SAFe, Agile, and Lean principles.
Strong facilitation, communication, and servant-leadership skills.
Ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies and risks.
Comfortable presenting to wide audience including Customer, Leadership, and cross-discipline teams.
This position will require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute scope, budget, and schedule; manage technical work planning and transfer of technology & software.
Manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedule and deliveries.
Participate in development and presentation of design reviews.
Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and execution.
Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning; ensure alignment across teams.
Coordinate ART ceremonies and maintain calendar adherence for PI cycles.
Ensure alignment, transparency, and execution throughout the PI lifecycle.
Identify and remove bottlenecks; optimize flow of value across teams.
