Job summary

Capio Group, a California-based IT consulting firm, seeks an experienced Senior System Engineer to implement, optimize, and support SaaS solutions in a Sacramento office. The role includes security, compliance, and vendor management across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and related tools.

The candidate will manage IAM, RBAC, and data integrations while ensuring SLA adherence and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance. On-site work five days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of SaaS application implementation, enhancement, and testing.
• Seven+ years of technical and administrative SaaS support.
• Seven+ years onboarding SaaS applications with dashboards and vendor coordination.
• Seven+ years SDLC experience including design, development, testing, deployment.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor architecture, API capabilities, and system compatibility.
• Verify SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance status.
• Ensure SSO readiness with Entra ID.
• Define SLA expectations and monitor uptime and response times.
• Build the infrastructure for SaaS deployment and integration.
• Manage IAM, RBAC, and network security configurations.
• Oversee daily operations for availability, security, and user support.
• Audit SaaS spend and optimize license usage.
• Perform data extraction, archival, and secure offboarding of apps.
