• Seven+ years SDLC activities: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Five+ years coding with algorithms and data structures.
• Experience integrating SaaS with ServiceNow Now Platform (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM).
• Experience generating and communicating SaaS reports at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as MS Copilot and Claude.
